Founded in 1998 by the architects DPLG Laurent CARILLION and Philippe Louis BOURGOUIN, the architectural firm ARTKANSAS, based in Asnières-sur-Seine, designs and follows operations in the most varied fields.

Together, they work on different types of new or renovated operations, as well as on tertiary projects (Fedex pilots' premises, Air France Cargo premises, Harvest Valbonne company...), as well as projects dedicated to commerce (Lafayette Gourmet, Monoprix, McDonald's restaurants...), industrial projects (center en Piste for Sodexi, Fedex sorting center, ...) or residential housing operations.
